Lamborghini Gallardo Tricolore

If the two colors found in the Gallardo LP 560-4 Bicolore Edition aren’t enough then rest assured that Lamborghini has another option for you. The Italian company will be officially unveiling the new Gallardo Tricolore edition on a very big day in Italian history: March 16th. This day just so happens to be the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy so if you’re in Italy on March 16th, 2011, then get ready for a party and a rather colorful debut.

The Gallardo Tricolore will stand out with its white exterior paint and Italian tricolor stripes going from the front of the car to the rear. The trio of colorful stripes will also appear on the interior, more specifically, the driver’s seat. Lamborghini hasn’t revealed any specifications on the Tricolore version just yet, but we expect to see the usual V10 engine with 560 HP as found in the Bicolore version. As for the performance numbers, they will more than likely remain the same as well: 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds, 0-124 mph at 11.8 seconds, and a top speed of 201 mph.

Lamborghini Gallardo Tricolore originally appeared on topspeed.com on Wednesday, 9 March 2011 16:00 EST.
